March 2023 Membership Luncheon: Customer Service & Personal Selling Training

Join us for our March Luncheon featuring speaker Max Collette as he presents Customer Service & Personal Selling Training! 

Personal selling is customer service, and it’s all about relationships.  Come learn how to make a personal connection and build trust with your clients such that you’re building a long-term relationship that generates the best marketing ever:  Word Of Mouth!

Max spent 25 years as a chef, eventually got burnt out, went back to college in his forties.  Max has a MS in Organizational Development, and is a certified mediator, trainer, and group facilitator.  Max taught business Management at Skagit Valley college for about 10 years and still teaches Basic Mediation winter quarter every year.
