DESCRIPTION:Join us for our March Luncheon featuring speaker Max Collette as he presents Customer Service & Personal Selling Training! \n\n\n\nPersonal selling is customer service\, and it's all about relationships.  Come learn how to make a personal connection and build trust with your clients such that you're building a long-term relationship that generates the best marketing ever:  Word Of Mouth!  \n\n\n\nYou will have documents that reveal a winning model for sales success\, create positive relationships\, and give you ways to deal with "difficult" customers.\n\n\n\n                                     \n\n\n\nMax spent 25 years as a chef\, eventually got burnt out\, went back to college in his forties.  Max has a MS in Organizational Development\, and is a certified mediator\, trainer\, and group facilitator.  Max taught business Management at Skagit Valley college for about 10 years and still teaches Basic Mediation winter quarter every year.\n\n\n\nThank you to our March Luncheon Supporters for your investment:\n\nCascadia Daily News & Cocusa Motel.
