As the managing partner at Skagit Sign Co., I bring over two decades of military expertise in Naval Aviation to the signage and graphics industry. My qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University, a Master's Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the United States Naval War College, and a Project Management certification from Western Washington University. Transitioning from active duty to small business ownership in 2013, I've been dedicated to providing top-notch visual branding solutions to the Skagit and Island County community.

Holboy Entertainment began in 2014 with the goal to work on a wide scope of video and photography projects, but it didn't just start there, Wesley has been playing with cameras and making fun videos since the age of 9. And now with the help of his second shooter, Amirah Williams, who joined the team as a creative in January of 2023, Holboy Entertainment has been following through on the pursuit of unique and FUN projects centered around video production and photography.
