Personal selling is customer service, and it’s all about relationships. Come learn how to make a personal connection and build trust with your clients such that you’re building a long-term relationship that generates the best marketing ever: Word Of Mouth!
You will have documents that reveal a winning model for sales success, create positive relationships, and give you ways to deal with “difficult” customers.
Max spent 25 years as a chef, eventually got burnt out, went back to college in his forties. Max has a MS in Organizational Development, and is a certified mediator, trainer, and group facilitator. Max taught business Management at Skagit Valley college for about 10 years and still teaches Basic Mediation winter quarter every year.
