The Skagit Lead & Serve Expo is a volunteer and board service fair being held on May 1st from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. at Skagit Valley College. This is a joint project sponsored by EDASC/Leadership Skagit, SVC, the Skagit Community Foundation, and Community Action. Together, we make Skagit County a better place to live!
