I’m April Patterson, a U.S. Navy Veteran and Managing Broker with Realty One Group Orca, serving Skagit County and the greater Western Washington region (Snohomish, Island, and Whatcom). Known as the Navy Vet Agent, I help buyers and sellers navigate real estate with steady guidance, strong negotiation, and a calm, service-first approach. I’m a VA Loan Certified Master Agent and Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and I also support first-time buyers, move-up clients, and luxury and rural sellers. Beyond transactions, I’m a community connector—hosting homebuyer and VA education, and partnering with employers, nonprofits, and boards to strengthen housing stability and workforce housing solutions. With 25 years of experience in the banking industry, I have built my career around developing strong relationships, leading high-performing teams, and supporting the growth of communities throughout the Pacific Northwest. I have had the opportunity to open and establish several branches, which strengthened my leadership skills and deepened my understanding of the importance of trust and personal connection in business.

I have proudly called Skagit County home for the past 14 years and value the opportunity to be actively involved in the community. Building meaningful relationships both professionally and personally is something I consider one of the most rewarding aspects of my career.

Outside of work, I have been married to my best friend, for 20 years. We enjoy camping, attending a variety of music events, and spending time with our three cats. Family, community, and lasting relationships are at the heart of who I am, both personally and professionally.
