La Conner's annual parade of elementary and middle school trick-or-treaters will take place at 3:30pm.
Starting at La Conner Marina parking lot at North First Street to the parking lot at the end of South First Street. Followed by merchant trick-or-treating on the sidewalks and then back to the Marina parking lot. Fun Fun Fun!
