Back by popular demand, the Lincoln Theatre presents an encore of the local film “The Mountain Runners” on Saturday, August 18th at 7:30pm.  The movie tells the story of the Mount Baker Marathon and the group of hardy individuals that braved snow storms, foul weather and death, to summit Mount Baker and return to Bellingham for a winning purse of only $100.  The old-time band from the movie’s soundtrack, “Pretty Little Feet,” will perform in the theatre before the show from 7-7:30pm.
