Join the Pacific Northwest Naval Air Museum for A New Beginning Fundraiser Dinner, Part 2, a special evening supporting the museum’s mission to preserve and share the legacy of naval aviation.
Guests will receive an early unveiling of the museum’s newest exhibit:
TOPGUN, Beyond The Movie: The Real Navy Fighter Weapons School
The evening will feature a special presentation by Dave “Bio” Baranek, a former aerial combat instructor at the elite Navy Fighter Weapons School, better known as TOPGUN. While serving as an instructor in 1985, Baranek flew aerial sequences used in the movie Top Gun and later traveled to Paramount Studios as a dialogue advisor. PNWNAM Topgun Press Release
