With the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA's) recent disaster declaration for the Pacific Northwest flood events in December 2025, new resources are available to flood victims.
Skagit County Department of Emergency Management (DEM) will host Disaster Recovery Centers in two locations over several dates to help those in need of assistance.
Burlington Parks & Recreation Building and Hamilton Town Hall

Those impacted by the flood events and seeking resources for assistance are invited to drop by the Centers at their convenience during the following timeframes.
Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays | 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Saturdays | 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

May 9
June 6
To-date, a number of Disaster Relief agencies have committed to participate in the Disaster Recovery Centers, including FEMA, Office of the Insurance Commissioner, Salvation Army, Skagit Community Foundation, Small Business Administration, State Emergency Management Department, United Way, and U.S. Department of Agriculture.
