Workforce Development with NRF Foundation - RISEUP

We are working on a workforce development program!  Our goal is to meet a need in our business community - workforce!  Did you know there are already services within our community to help with this?

The Burlington Chamber of Commerce invites you to attend a roundtable to talk about solutions to address the current business workforce needs in retail and other industries, learn about training certifications developed by retailers, and learn how to engage in reaching available talent and obtain the goal of workforce readiness in our business community.
 
Goals of the RISE Up Certifications & Partners Roundtable Discussion:

• Learn about the potential of the “Rise Up” certifications to benefit workers and employers.
• Introduce the benefits and potentials of working with second-chance workforce.
• Learn more about skill centers, job shadowing, internships, apprenticeships, and other workforce opportunities in our community.
• Discuss the next steps to enable employers to access this workforce.
