Merry & Bright Night: Holiday Tree Lighting
Celebrate the holiday season in downtown Burlington at Merry & Bright Night!
This FREE, family-friendly community celebration features holiday cheer, live music, sweet treats, Santa, and the lighting of Burlington’s community Christmas tree.
Festivities begin at 5:30 PM at Alpha Park with Storytime with Mrs. Claus and live holiday music.
At 6:00 PM, welcome Santa Claus as he arrives aboard the Burlington Fire Department’s “Big Red” engine, followed by the community tree lighting and holiday carols.
After the tree lighting, festivities continue at the Burlington Visitor Information Center from approximately 6:15–7:30 PM with more live music, warm drinks, holiday fun, and photos with Santa by the fire.
