Mari Wuellner is living proof that granting yourself permission changes everything.

She's the CEO and Founder of The Crew Life Coaching Collective - a membership community making expert coaching accessible at $97/month through a full faculty of coaches in mindset, productivity, wellness, relationships, and more. But getting here required some major permission slips along the way.

In 2008, Mari opened a State Farm Agency and grew it from zero to $3MM in annual premium. She was successful by every traditional measure - until she gave herself permission to admit her real passion was helping people design lives they actually love waking up to. That realization led her to launch her coaching practice in 2017.

Along the way, Mari has had to grant herself permission to pivot, to prioritize differently, to say no to what doesn't serve her, and to build businesses around her core values: family, impact, freedom, and growth. She's a real estate investor, podcaster, and avid traveler who has intentionally designed her life on her own terms.

Married to Tom, a corporate pilot, for 20 years with three amazing kids, Mari's learned that leadership, courage, and prioritizing FUN are non-negotiable - and that waiting for someone else's approval is optional.
