Sedro-Whoolleyville Magic of Christmas

The City of Sedro-Whoolleyville is proud to present the Magic of Christmas, a Holiday Whobilation.


We will start our festivities off with the Ugly Sweater Dash.  Preregistration for the event has begun, day of registration will start at 1pm on the 7th at the Sedro-Woolley High School with the race starting at 2pm.  We encourage all participants to dress up in their ugliest sweater/outfit and join us for the fun.  This event is stroller and leashed dog friendly. Around 2:45pm, the Mary Purcell Elementary Festival of arts will begin. Students will be caroling at the gazebo and you will be able to enjoy their artwork throughout different shops in the downtown area.

At 3pm, we will have all sorts of kids activities beginning.  There will be pony rides, train rides, face painting, balloon artists and crafts.  The pony and train rides will be on Metcalf St, with the face painting, balloon artists and crafts being held at the building formerly known as the Redeemer on Metcalf.  Make sure to get in line early for the face painting and balloon artists.  The lines will close around 4:30pm.

At 5pm, we will have the tree lighting and the parade.  It is free to register for the parade and applications for the parade can be found at the Sedro-Woolley Chamber of Commerce or you can click the following link Parade Application.
Head to the Eagles after the parade to meet with Santa or the Grinch.
