North Star All Skagit Thriving
North Star will host a joint meeting on November 6th from 6:00 -8:00 P.M. at Skagit County Health with the Skagit Board of County Commissioners and the Mayors and City Councils of the cities of Mount Vernon, Burlington, Sedro Woolley and Anacortes.
