• Health Expert of the Month - Amy Martin, MSW, LMHC

Amy has been a licensed mental health counselor since 1997. She coached Ideal protein for several years and is married to Dr. Nathan Martin, our office medical provider. She has a unique, very well educated perspective on the mental and emotional aspects of weight loss and weight maintenance. This class, if enough interest is shown, will introduce and kick off private discussion groups of 4-6 people, which Amy will facilitate after hours in our office starting in September. All are welcome, whether interested in small groups or not.
